Purchasing Representative
Are you interested in continuing your career in Purchasing? A local medical supply company has an immediate opportunity in the Southwest Metro.
Responsibilities
Creating purchase quotes and orders
Confirming production time and details with vendors
Put containers together, label the shipments, and confirm details with all appropriate parties
Maintaining constant communication with both international and domestic vendors to ensure timely delivery of all products
Respond to any vendor issues as needed
Constant maintenance and updating of container spreadsheets
Following up with accounting to ensure payments have been processed
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 years Purchasing experience
Previous experience working with both domestic and international vendors a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Hours: 8:00am-5:30pm
Location: Southwest Metro
Pay Rate: $17/hour

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
