Salary:

Responsibilities:
Provide primary nursing care to patients with mental health disorders and those undergoing addiction treatment under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health status, including collecting health history and documenting findings accurately.
Administer prescribed medications, monitor their effectiveness, and document any side effects.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
Provide therapeutic care and support, including crisis intervention, counseling, and education to patients and their families.
Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in patient condition.
Comply with all healthcare regulations and standards while maintaining patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.
Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mental health and addiction treatment.
Qualifications:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse RN license from an accredited nursing program.
Ability to maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical principles in challenging situations.
Must be able to manage time efficiently and handle a high level of stress.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
