CSR Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Computer Operations Excellent Typing Skills Team player who is self-motivated Excellent verbal/written communication and phone skills Ability to perform in fast-paced environment Ability to multitask with interruptions Organization and punctuality are essential
Responsibilities:
Assist the team with day-to-day workflow to ensure continued office functionality.
Assist with Online Research.
Email and Phone communication with advertising clients will require a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
Email and Phone communication for any outstanding invoices.
Utilize CRM platforms and online technology to guide customers through the purchasing process.
60-70% of the job is spent on the phone.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
