We are searching for an experienced property site manager to oversee our scattered sites in Carver County.
The manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the properties, including marketing, resident selection and retention, leasing/orientation, rent collections, accounts payable, budgeting/financial review, unit inspections and adherence to fair housing practices, and other duties as assigned.
Summary of Responsibilities and Requirements including but not limited to:
Process income certifications at move-in and meeting the required deadlines Monitor certifications on an on-going basis Maintain a tracking system for inspection due for the property Send written notices to residents, as needed, in a clear, professional manner Keep up to date on filing Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and return calls within a 24-hour period Maintaining positive and respectful relationships with vendors, residents, and coworkers Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred 2 to 3 years of rental housing management experience 1 to 2 years of affordable compliance experience Proven managerial skills including administrative, organizational, verbal/written communication, budgeting and accounting knowledge, marketing and computer abilities, and great people skills YARDI property management software is a plus Final candidates are subject to a criminal background check.
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, non-exempt starting at $25.
96-$29.
