Create relationships from a cold start.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation.
Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
Insurance producer licenses are preferred but will train good individual.
