- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs - Perform cash handling and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently - Conduct financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers - Assist customers in opening new accounts and explain various banking products and services - Provide guidance and advice to customers on managing their finances - Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales goals - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner - Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations - Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred - Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in retail math and 10-key typing - Cash management experience is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations is desirable Note:
