Regulatory Specialist

The Food Safety/Quality Assurance Regulatory Specialist works with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure product safety and the quality of all products.
This position will ensure regulatory compliance with regulatory bodies, customers and QualiTech.
Focus will be on assisting in product safety, product quality and supplier and ingredient approval.
This position requires a working knowledge of the following:
Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong knowledge of Quali-Tech's products.
The FS/QA Regulatory Specialist is responsible for performing all work within established Quality Assurance and corporate safety guidelines.
This position will also be a back up to the Customer Service department.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain supplier documentation through TraceGainsMaintain Document Control ProgramAssist in managing Brill and Adage Formulation set up and changes (AG)Assist with registration documentationAssist with food safety and quality needsAssist with regulatory and analysis reportingSupport label creation and updatesAssist with the Company's Food Safety/Quality Assurance (FS/QA) Program in accordance with customer, regulatory and company requirementsAssist in the compliance with all appropriate third party audits such as Safe Food/Safe Feed and BRCMaintain production documents including, archival storage & organization, master document storage, certificates of analysis, and Material Data SheetsMaintain food safety culture in regards to food defense, quality and cGMPs for production and warehousing of productsBack up Customer Service when needed (PTO, Bereavement, etc.
).
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customersManage customer orders from placement through successful deliveryPrepare shipping documents for international ordersSupport and coordinate customer freight delivery work processes within our current freight systemQualification Requirements:

Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required and 3 years' experience in quality control and assurance in a similar industry; Secondary education in a science related field preferred.
A background in manufacturing and processing environments is desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
