- Ability to climb elevations and lift up to 100 lbs
- Work at heights & up ladders/platforms
- 5 - 10 years' of experience in high-end luxury custom homes
- Valid drivers license
- Industry consistent work history in framing, trim work, carpentry (jack of all trades)
- Willing to get the job done right and on time
