  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Dependability

  • Ability to climb elevations and lift up to 100 lbs
  • Work at heights & up ladders/platforms
  • 5 - 10 years' of experience in high-end luxury custom homes
  • Valid drivers license
  • Industry consistent work history in framing, trim work, carpentry (jack of all trades)
  • Willing to get the job done right and on time
