Do you enjoy a position with variety? THE RIGHT STAFF is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Export Coordinator position with a medical supply company in the Southwest metro.
Responsibilities
? Obtaining quotes from vendors
? Creating and submitting purchase orders in Quickbooks
? Creating invoices and order confirmations for customers
? Stacking orders on pallets for shipment
? Ensuring orders meet labeling standards for shipment and relabeling products as necessary
? Tracking orders from receipt of order until delivery
? Maintaining Excel spreadsheets with details of each order
? Staying in constant communication with customers
? Primary point of contact between sales team and the house
? Preparing reports detailing the order status and projected completion date
? Creating invoices and order confirmations for customers
Qualifications
? High School Diploma or GED equivalent
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel
? Excellent verbal and written communication
? At least 1
years office experience
? Ability to lift 25 pounds
? Experience working within a warehouse environment a plus
Location: Southwest Metro
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $12-$15/hour DOQ
