The ideal candidate will have previous similar experience with proven success working fast paced This company specializes in the health and beauty product industry. Once offered, the position will train on 1st shift for approximately 6 weeks for the contract to hire position.

Requirements for 3rd shift Production Manager
Training operators on requirements of the job.
Ensuring machines and workstations are set-up before running of job.
Ensuring all paperwork is at workstation.
Ensuring all raw materials are available before job starts.
Coordinating other functions such as inspectors to maintain high productivity levels.
Providing support for operator skill enhancement, performance reviews, and qualification of operators.
Continuously improving procedures and practices to enhance company performance.
Preferred Skills for 3rd shift Production Manager
Two years of post-high school education with a Associates, Vocational or equivalent degree.
Minimum of 5
years lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
Working experience and understanding of production planning and scheduling requirements.
Hands-on experience using ERP/MRP software.
High level of competency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Hours & Benefits for 3rd Shift Production Manager
- M-F 11:00pm-7:00am
- $18.00-$25.00 DOQ
